The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska will hold a public hearing and meeting at 5:30 p.m. on November 16, 2020, at the Village Office, 224 Main Street, Walthill, NE 68067, for consideration of an application to rezone the following property within the Village from the Industrial zone to the Residential zone:  Lots 1 - 3, Blk 3, Original Plat, Walthill, NE, commonly known as 410 Mathewson Street.

The Planning Commission of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska will hold a public hearing and meeting at 4:45 p.m. on November 16, 2020, at the Village Office, 224 Main Street, Walthill, NE 68067, for consideration of an application to rezone the following property within the Village from the Industrial zone to the Residential zone:  Lots 1 - 3, Blk 3, Original Plat, Walthill, NE, commonly known as 410 Mathewson Street.

For the Walthill Village Board, two seats were open with results as follows:

  • Aaron Brown,111 votes
  • Curtis Boschult (write-in), 25 votes
  • James Randol Sr. (write-in), 23 votes

Village Special Board Meeting - 10/13

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska, will be held at 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 2020, at the Village Office, which meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Office.
