The Village owns an apartment building at 311 N Little Street, Walthill, NE 68067.  There are eight units - two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, pantry, coat closet, living room and a hallway closet. Kitchen has laminate wood flooring; bedrooms/living room, carpeted; and bathroom, tile flooring. Full-size ranges and refrigerators come with the unit and are air conditioned with electric heating.

Utilities included with rent are water, sewer and trash. Laundry facilities are one-site with parking available for tenants and guests. Monthly pest control is also provided.

Yearly lease with monthly rent being $500.00, the security deposit, $500.00 and last month’s rent, $500.00 (set up in a 6-month payment plan). First month’s rent is prorated.
