In order for utilities to be turned on at a location, a $400.00 meter deposit must be paid along with filling out a Service Application, which can be picked up at the Walthill Village Office or e-mailed.  If there’s an old utility balance from a previous account or an unpaid invoice, it must be paid prior to starting new services.  Any nuisances on the property must also be remedied prior to connection of utilities.

For verification, renters must submit a copy of their lease agreement to the Walthill Village Office while owners are required to provide a copy of their property deed.
