In order for utilities to be turned on at a location, a meter deposit must be paid along with filling out a Service Application at the Walthill Village Office. The amount of the meter deposit is dependent on the location. The minimum amount is $350.00.
If there’s an old balance from a previous account or an unpaid invoice, it must be paid prior to starting new services. Any nuisances on the property must also be remedied prior to connection of utilities.
Renters must submit a copy of their lease agreement to the Walthill Village Office to show proof they’ve been approved to live at the location. Owners of a property must provide a copy of the deed to the property.
