NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday January 11, 2021, at the Village Office, which meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Office.

Direct Homebuyer Assistance

Interested in purchasing a home but need money for a down payment?  To qualify for a home mortgage loan?

Northeast Economic Development, Inc. has funds available for direct homebuyer assistance.  Qualified households can receive a 0% deferred interest loan for up to 20% of the purchase price, not to exceed $30,000.00.  Income restrictions apply in order to be eligible for this program.
