The Planning Commission of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska will hold a public hearing and meeting at 4:45 p.m. on November 16, 2020, at the Village Office, 224 Main Street, Walthill, NE 68067, for consideration of an application to rezone the following property within the Village from the Industrial zone to the Residential zone: Lots 1 - 3, Blk 3, Original Plat, Walthill, NE, commonly known as 410 Mathewson Street.
At said time and place all interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will consider whether said application shall be granted.
