NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska, will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday August 16, 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska, will be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Wednesday August 11, 2021, at Village Office, which meeting will be open to the public.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska, will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 4, 2021

The Village of Walthill has property available for lease to qualified individuals or entities to be used for commercial purposes with regular operating hours.

There are a total of 4 units with 3 currently available, each located at 307 Main Street, 309 Main Street, 311 Main Street, and 313 Main Street (currently not available) in Walthill.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska, will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 14, 2021

The Walthill Planning Commission (WPC) is preparing a Community Housing Study to determine both present and future housing needs in the Village of Walthill, during the next five years.  This Housing Study is funded by a Housing Study Grant from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, with matching funds provided by WPC.  An important activity of the Housing Study is to ask you, a local resident, about the housing needs of your community.

The Walthill Village Office will be closed Monday May 31, 2021 in observance of Memorial Day.
