Five Rule Rural Planning will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 224 Main Street, Walthill, Nebraska, for the plans of a Community Center. It's the first step to assist the Walthill community with building consensus around a vision and general plan for a Community Center. It will help develop community center plans which will meet the needs of Walthill as well as provide information for future grant funding applications.
