Letters of interest should include a description of the type of commercial use proposed for the property and anticipated hours of operation. The Village reserves the right to enter into a lease agreement with any person or entity deemed qualified, in the Village's sole discretion.
Preference will be given to Native American persons and business entities, in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) rules and regulations.
