Heartland Hope Mission Food & Diaper Distribution - 03/16/22

Heartland Hope Mission will be having a Community Food and Diaper Distribution Wednesday, March 16, 2022.

  • Macy, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Legion Hall (Prevention & Wellness Center Parking Lot)
  • Walthill, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM, Legion Hall (103 S Costello St)

Diapers, baby formula, & hygiene items available!  All community members are welcome!

NE Homeowner Assistance Fund (NHAF) Is Open!

NEBRASKA HOMEOWNER ASSISTANCE FUND (NHAF) IS OPEN! for pandemic-impacted homeowners

Basic Criteria

The NHAF is available to help Nebraska homeowners who have experienced or continue to experience a financial hardship associated with the COVID-19 pandemic after January 21, 2020.  The fund was established for the purpose of preventing homeowner mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures and displacement of homeowners.

Job Announcement: Part-Time Library Aide

The Village of Walthill, Nebraska, located within the County of Thurston and within the boundaries of the Omaha Indian Reservation, is currently seeking an individual to fill one Part-Time Library Aide Position.  The position is responsible for assisting the Library Director with routine clerical library tasks, children programming, library appearance (themes, cleaning, etc.), and other duties as assigned.
