Fall Town Clean-Up Rules:

1)  ALL unwanted items need to be out on the curb by 7:00 a.m. (may set items out the night before)

2)  ONLY furniture, appliances, batteries, iron, dry paint cans and tires will be accepted IN SORTED PILES - items not sorted will NOT be picked up!

3)  Tree limbs may be placed on the curb in their own pile - will be picked up at a later time

4)  NOT FOR REGULAR WEDNESDAY TRASH!!

5)  Maintenance will stop at each residence one and ONE TIME ONLY!!

6)  A fine will be placed on resident IF more items are placed on curb AFTER Maintenance has already stopped by

7)  Not for businesses including landlrod rental properties - for active WALTHILL utility accounts only!
