NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED ANNEXATION

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Village of Walthill, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on December 28, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., at the Village offices, 224 Main Street, Walthill, NE 68067, to receive public comment regarding the proposed annexation of the following properties into the Village:

NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, except the east 66’ thereof, of Section 14, Township 25 North, Range 8, East of the 6th P.M., Thurston County, Nebraska (Parcel ID No. 002100030) (Evergreen Cemetery);

W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 25 North, Range 8, East of the 6th P.M., Thurston County, Nebraska (Parcel ID No. 002100013) (Evergreen Cemetery); and

E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 25 North, Range 8, East of the 6th P.M., Thurston County, Nebraska (Parcel ID No. 002100014) (St. Joseph’s Church Cemetery).
