NOTICE OF COMMERCIAL LAUNDROMAT LEASING OPPORTUNITY

The Village of Walthill, Nebraska, is seeking an individual(s) or an entity wishing to lease the newly installed commercial laundry equipment in the Walthill Business Center, located at 313 Main Street, Walthill, NE 68067.

For consideration, all interested persons and entities must submit a written letter of interest to the Walthill Village Office, 224 Main Street, PO Box 246, Walthill, NE 68067, with attention to Kevin Connot, so that it is received by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday December 14, 2023. Letters of interest should express intent to lease the commercial laundry equipment and anticipated hours of operation; personal background work and education history; business concept (i.e., will any products/services be offered additionally to the laundromat service); and the number of full-time and part-time jobs to be created. The Village reserves the right to enter into a lease agreement with any person or entity deemed qualified, in the Village’s sole discretion.
