The Village of Walthill has property available for lease to qualified individuals or entities to be used for commercial purposes with regular operating hours.

There are a total of 4 units with 3 currently available, each located at 307 Main Street, 309 Main Street, 311 Main Street, and 313 Main Street (currently not available) in Walthill.

For consideration, all interested persons and entities must submit a written letter of interest to the Village Office, 224 Main Street, PO Box 246, Walthill, NE 68067, with attention to Kevin Connot, so that it is received by 4:30 PM on Friday July 30, 2021.  Letters of interest should include a description of the type of commercial use proposed for the property and anticipated hours of operation.  The Village reserves the right to enter into a lease agreement with any person or entity deemed qualified, in the Village's sole discretion.

Preference will be given to Native American persons and business entities, in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) rules and regulations.
